Q: Why does my name appear as "Anonymous" in the iStar application?

A: If your Facebook account has search visiblity restricted and/or does not have a public search listing, your name will be shown as "Anonymous".  Here is how to change your search visiblity and your public search listing:

On the Facebook web page, do this:

• Click "Settings" in the top-right corner of the screen
• Locate the "Privacy" section on the resulting page, and click on "manage" next to it
• On the Privacy page, click "Search"
• Next to "Search Visibility", choose "Everyone"
• Under "Public Search Listing", set the "Create a public search listing for me..." checkbox.
• Click "Save Changes"
